Sunkissed Co. provides professional mobile spray tanning services at locations agreed upon between the Company and the client. Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and staff availability.

2. Booking and Appointments

 

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or through other approved booking methods.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and service location details when booking.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel appointments, or reschedule appointments at our discretion.

3. Payment

 

Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payment methods listed on our website.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the appointment cost.

We reserve the right to require deposits for future bookings after repeated cancellations or no-shows.

5. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients agree to:

• Follow all pre-tan and post-tan instructions provided by the Sunkissed Co.

• Disclose any known allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications that may affect tanning results.

• Provide a safe, clean, and suitable indoor space for the spray tanning service.

• Ensure pets, children, and other distractions are managed during the appointment.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation of service without refund.

6. Results Disclaimer

 

Individual tanning results vary based on skin type, preparation, aftercare, lifestyle factors, and other variables beyond our control.

We do not guarantee specific shades, color outcomes, or duration of results.

7. Health and Safety

 

Clients acknowledge that spray tanning products may contain ingredients that could cause allergic reactions or skin irritation in sensitive individuals.

By booking a service, clients confirm they have reviewed product ingredients upon request and voluntarily choose to receive the service.

Clients who are pregnant, have respiratory conditions, or have concerns about spray tanning should consult a healthcare professional before booking.

8. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunkissed Co., its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

• Dissatisfaction with tanning results.

• Damage to clothing, furniture, flooring, or personal property resulting from failure to follow provided instructions.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Additional travel fees may apply for appointments outside our standard service area.

Weather conditions, traffic, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances may require appointment rescheduling.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients promptly of any changes.

12. Refund Policy

 

Due to the nature of spray tanning services, completed services are generally non-refundable.

If a client believes a service issue occurred, they must notify us within 24 hours of the appointment so we can review the situation and determine whether a corrective service is appropriate.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
